COVID-19 NOTICE

As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, Silver Star continues to take steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community. For our Trucks, we are following the guidelines released by the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) that specifically address coronavirus, including using CDC approved cleaning and disinfecting products on our rental vehicles when they are returned.

All Silver Star vehicles will be cleaned in accordance with these CDC guidelines when they are returned to our location at the end of each day, as well as during maintenance service, and scheduled washes. 

Our cleaning process includes the following in-cab elements:

  • Diver door handle (inside and out)
  • Passenger door handle (inside and out)
  • Seat belt and buckle
  • All arm rests
  • All head rests
  • Steering wheel/turn signal/wiper controls
  • High touch components, dashboard, air duct louvers, radio, temperature controls, etc.

We continue to monitor the situation and the CDC recommendations as they are released and will make any necessary changes to our processes. During this period, will continue to make every effort to ensure all your transportation needs are met and thank you for trusting Silver Star during this critical time.

Our priority is to protect our employees, our customers and our company during this unprecedented time. As the situation continues to evolve hourly, we will continue to follow recommended state and federal guidelines.
